DEEPDROPBOX SERVICE AGREEMENT
1-PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS
This agreement is entered into by and between ANKAAXD EE with VAT number 803066094 (deepdropbox.com) (hereinafter referred to as the
‘Service Provider’ ) and the natural or legal person purchasing service through this website (hereinafter
referred to as the ‘Customer’).
2-DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The Service Provider, accepts online shopping cargo purchased by the Customer from anywhere in the
world on behalf of the Customer at the designated address in Alexandroupoli , Greece.
The scope of service includes: receiving cargo, storage , notification, and delivery to the Customer.
The Service Provider provides a Greek shipping address for the Customer’s online shopping use, and
the Customer shall personally collect their packages from the deepdropbox.com office
3- OPERATIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer purchasing service through deepdropbox.com are deemed to have accepted the following
terms:
a-The Customer shall purchase products through online shopping using their own bank or credit card.
b-The Customer is responsible for tracking their own cargo until it is successfully delivered to the
deepdropbox.com office.
c-The Service Provider assigns a delivery address in Alexandroupoli . Greece , to the Customer for
shipping purposes.
d-Upon receipt of the cargo, the Service Provider shall notify the Customer via the relevant
tracking/cargo number.
4-SERVICE PERIOD, PRICING , AND PAYMENT TERMS
The service period commences upon successful payment.
a- Monthly Package / Single-Use Service : 50 EUR ( Limited to a maximum of 3 packages).
b- 3 Month Package : 130 EUR ( Limited to a maximum of 4 packages per month).
c- 12 Month Package : 400 EUR (limited to a maximum of 5 packages per month).
d- Service fees exclude VAT. The applicable VAT rate in Greece is 24%.
e- Weight Limits : Packages up to 10 kg are exempt from additional handling fees during transit to the
storage office. For packages exceeding 10 kg, an additional fee of 2 EUR per kilogram shall be
charged.
f- Customers are obligated to take delivery of their cargo packages within the designated service
period. In the event that packages are not collected within said period , the Service Provider shall issue
a notice of expiration to the Customer. Following the issuance of the expiration notice, should the
parties fail to reach a new package agreement , any packages not collected within 10 (ten) days from
the date of notice shall be subject to disposal.
5- OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
a- The Customer undertakes to comply with all laws of the Hellenic Republic. In case of breach of
contract , the Customer agrees to the jurisdiction of the Greek Courts.
b- The Customer is strictly prohibited from utilizing the services provided by deepdropbox.com for the
purchase , storage , or importation into Greek territory of any prohibited or illegal items. Such items
include, but are not limited to: firearms, narcotics, flammable or explosive liquids, lithium batteries,
live animals, and perishable foods, all of which are expressly excluded from the scope of service.
In the event that the use of the service for such prohibited items is detected, the Customer
acknowledges and agrees that legal proceedings will be initiated against them and all personal data will
be disclosed to the competent legal authorities. The Service Provider assumes no liability whatsoever
for such packages. Upon detection of a violation , the Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally
terminate the contract with immediate effect and maintains the right to file a lawsuit for damages
against the Customer
6- OBLIGATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER
a- The deepdropbox.com office does not open any received packages. Packages are delivered to the
Customer in the same condition as they were received from the carrier.
b- Since packages are not opened , the Service Provider is not liable for the contents. However:
1- The Service Provider reserves the right to inspect package contents and notify authorities if there
is a legal suspicion or security risk. In such cases, the Service Provider assumes no liability and may
terminate the contract unilaterally.
2-The Service Provider is not responsible for broken , defective, damaged, or missing items within
the package.
(Exception: If visible damage is detected at the time of delivery from the carrier , the Service Provider
will inform the Customer and act according to the Customer’s instruction to either accept or initiate a
return).
c- Deepdropbox.com has no affiliation with the sellers from whom the Customer shops. The Service
Provider is not responsible for disputes between the Customer and the seller.
d- The Service Provider is not responsible for cargo that has not been officially received at the office.
e- The Service Provider shall not be held liable for damages resulting from Force Majeure , including
but not limited to fire, flood , or theft.
f- The Service Provider shall notify the Customer of every received package via the contact methods
provided by the Customer.
g- Deepdropbox.com reserves the right to modify , remove, enhance , or cancel the terms of service ay
its sole discretion
